Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
If you haven’t received tracking details within 7 days, please contact us at tidetotscontact@gmail.com and we’ll look into it for you.
Shipping Delays

Lost or Missing Parcels
If your parcel is marked as delivered but you have not received it:
- Please double-check with family members, neighbours, or your building manager to ensure it hasn’t been accepted on your behalf.
- Contact your local post office or courier depot with your tracking number for further information.
If your parcel still cannot be located after these steps, email us at tidetotscontact@gmail.com and include your order number and tracking information.
We’ll liaise with the courier and assist in opening an investigation.
