We want you to love your Tide Tots purchase. Every product is carefully inspected for quality before it’s shipped.
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, we’ll make it right in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty, defective, or damaged, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to contact us for a replacement or refund.
We will offer one of the following remedies, depending on the situation:
- Replacement of the item (where available), or
- Full refund of the purchase price.

- Photos or a short description of the fault or issue

Our team will respond within 2–3 business days with next steps and a prepaid return label if applicable.
Change of Mind
We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits for change of mind or personal preference.
This policy complies with Australian Consumer Law, which does not require businesses to provide a refund or replacement in such cases.
Before purchasing please ensure that you want the product.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or replacement:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- You must notify us of the issue within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Items that show signs of wear, damage from misuse, or alteration will not be eligible for return.

Your Rights Under Australian Law
